Through the wizardry of winemaking, in the midst of winter when the vines have long since shed their autumn garb and slipped into wintertide slumber, the grape lives on so that we may revisit the enchantment of summer. Join us for a cosy long table lunch as we release the ghosts of summers past in the form of superb wines matched to a stunning 4-course meal prepared by award-winning Chef Peter Clarke of Vintners Bar and Grill to warm the cockles of your heart.
